Key Policy Details
• All Sales Are Final: Please be advised that all purchases of clothing and accessories are considered definitive and final.
• No Exchanges or Returns: We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for any items once they have left our premises or been delivered.
• Quality Assurance: Each piece is thoroughly inspected by our team for defects/damages before it is shipped or sold. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
• Review Before Purchase: We highly encourage our customers to review sizing charts, material descriptions and product images carefully and to contact our support team at ladylikeaccoutre@gmail.com with any questions prior to finalizing their purchase.

Exceptions: The exceptions to our No Exchange & No Return Policy are for claims concerning the following only:
If the PACKAGE ARRIVES VISIBLY DAMAGED,
If an ITEM IS MISSING from the list of products ordered,
If an INCORRECT PRODUCT is delivered and/or
If the PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED.
Any such claims must be reported via email at ladylikeaccoutre@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos and package opening video evidence.
To qualify for an exception review, the customer must strictly adhere to the following procedure:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer must record an uninterrupted, continuous and clear video of the package being opened. This video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed condition of the package prior to opening and the immediate state of the item(s) inside, highlighting the damage or defect. Claims without this mandatory unboxing video proof will be denied. Clear photos showing the condition of the package/damage/defect is also mandatory.
2. Reporting Window: The damage or defect must be reported to Ladylike Accoutre via email at ladylikeaccoutre@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery time indicated by the courier tracking service.
3. Required Documentation: The email must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue and the mandatory unboxing video and photos attached or linked.
4. Review and Resolution: Our team will review the claim and the video evidence. If the claim is confirmed to be true, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.
Reasons for No Exchange and No Return Policy.
This policy is in place primarily for the following reasons:
1. Hygiene and Safety: Items (such as jewellery and hair accessories) are personal goods. We cannot accept returns on these items to ensure the complete safety and hygiene of all our customers.
2. Product Integrity: Our accoutrements are often delicate and require careful handling. To guarantee that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched item of perfect quality, we cannot risk the potential damage or wear that can occur during the return shipping and handling process.
