Order Tracking Once your order is handed to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our No Exchange & No Return Policy. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof (MVP) is required for all claims.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Ladylike Accoutre is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If a package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
